Cancellation Policy
1. Service Call Scope A service call includes on-site assessment, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of the reported electrical issue. The purpose of the visit is to identify the cause of the problem, assess safety and code compliance, and determine the appropriate scope of work required. Service time depends on the nature, complexity, and accessibility of the issue. Some problems may be resolved during the initial visit, while others may require additional time, materials, or follow-up visits. 2. Service Call / Diagnostic Fee A non-refundable site visit and diagnostic fee of $200 applies to all service calls. This fee covers travel, time on-site, system inspection, and professional diagnosis. If the client proceeds with the recommended repair or upgrade, the $200 service call fee will be credited toward the total cost of the approved work. If the client chooses not to proceed, the $200 fee remains payable for the diagnosis and assessment provided. No work beyond diagnosis will be performed without client approval. 3. Estimates & Pricing An exact quote for repair or upgrade work is provided after the site visit and diagnosis. Pricing is based on labor, materials, complexity, site conditions, and applicable codes. Verbal estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Additional issues discovered during work may require a revised quote and client approval before proceeding. 4. Scheduling & Access Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, clear, and unrestricted access to electrical equipment, panels, and work areas. Delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or site restrictions may result in additional charges. Appointment times are scheduled within a service window and are subject to change due to emergency calls or unforeseen conditions. 5. Emergency Service Calls Emergency service calls are prioritized based on safety risk and operational impact. After-hours, weekend, and holiday service may be subject to additional rates, which will be disclosed before dispatch when possible. 6. Limitations & Safety ElectricXperts reserves the right to refuse or suspend work if unsafe conditions are present. Temporary or emergency repairs may be recommended to stabilize a system until permanent repairs can be completed. All work is performed in accordance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards. 7. Payment Terms The service call fee is due upon completion of the site visit.
